ACTIVATING THE ARTIST

1. Program Overview

The “Activating the Artist” program (referred to as "the Program") is a transformative mentorship designed for rising artists. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2.1 Fees

• The total fee for the Program is $1197. Payment options include full or partial payment using any of the options available at checkout.
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4 (Refund Policy).

2.2 Installment Plans

• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

2.3 Taxes

• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes based on their location.

3. Program Access

• Access to course materials, live sessions, and any bonuses is exclusive to the enrolled participant.
• Sharing logins, materials, or other Program content with others is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of this coaching program, all payments are final.
• Refunds may be considered in rare cases of extenuating circumstances, solely at the discretion of Follow the Spark Inc.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 5 days of the Program start date.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Commitment: Full participation is essential for achieving desired results. By enrolling, you agree to dedicate time and effort to engage with the Program materials and activities.
• Code of Conduct: Respectful and constructive communication is expected during group interactions and one-on-one sessions. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.
• Intellectual Property: Materials provided during the Program are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Results Disclaimer

The Program is designed to provide guidance, tools, and strategies for personal and professional growth. However, success depends on individual effort and application. No guarantees of specific results are made or implied.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the Program and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications to the Program

• Follow the Spark reserves the right to modify the Program schedule, content, or format as needed. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• By the Participant: You may withdraw from the Program by notifying Follow the Spark in writing. No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal.
• By the Company: Follow the Spark reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment due to violation of these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability Waiver

• Follow the Spark is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from your participation in the Program. Participants assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
